We make all of our own concrete items and therefore we do not know if anyone else would make the same item anywhere else. We are able to ship some of them interstate depending on how fragile and solid they are. We do not guarantee any of the items we do send as while we pack them as best as we can and have a very good success rate we cannot control what happens to them in shipping. If you still really want to get one of our items that we can’t pack ourselves or want a more secure packing option we recommend you contact Pack & Send in Coburg as they are able to pick up our items from Pots n Pots, and then properly pack and send them to you. As they have the proper resources they have successfully shipped many of our statues and sent them all over Australia.
We can send smaller and lighter items in boxes and heavier and large items on pallets but please be aware that the cost can get very expensive the larger and heavier the items are. If the items are heavier than 25kgs each we have to send them on a pallet which starts at about $350 interstate.
If you are after one of our pots or fountains, we get those in from suppliers that also supply other stores, not affiliated with us, across Australia. Our main suppliers are Northcote Pottery, Terracotta Works, MLennon and Galleria Imports. Most of them have websites to view their distributors and if you are after a specific item, you can also contact them to see if they have recently supplied anyone with the item you are looking for.
If you cannot locate them elsewhere we might also be able to ship them to you but these will all need to be shipped on pallets and can also cost quite a lot and have more of a risk of breaking in shipping. Please enquire with which fountain you are after and where you are located. If you can have a forklift to unload the pallet this will reduce the cost of shipping by a good amount so keep that in mind with the destination.

We try to include on our product listings where items are from but if you are unsure, please send us an email and we can direct you to the correct supplier. Some of our items do come from many small companies without a customer team so some items won’t be able to be sourced this way. We are still happy to hear from you if you would like one of these items, it is just that getting the item from a store closer to you usually saves a lot on shipping costs, which can be very expensive, even if they have the actual item listed at a higher price.
